Amy founded AVR with an ambition to work alongside  the world’s best experience creators. Having delivered large-scale immersive theatre experiences, followed by producing for world-leading global brands, AVR was borne out of a desire to build a company with an empowering philosophy, a great ambition and an ability to deliver highly impactful experiences. 

Amy’s ambition, investment in her team and thoughtful approach to experience design are what sets her apart as a trusted creative partner.

Clara is Project Coordinator at AVR, bringing precision, structure, and a deep understanding of guest experience to every event. With a background in accounting and years spent in London’s hospitality industry, she combines analytical thinking with a keen eye for service excellence.

Originally from Corsica and AVR’s best dressed, Clara is often found working alongside our costume designers, as well as giving sartorial advice in the office.

Kat is AVR’s Lead Creative dreamer, with a 20 year creative career working for the world’s leading immersive creators. From 2004 Kat worked as a creative collaborator with Punchdrunk, including for it’s most recent show The Burnt City. Over the years she has created experiences for Rhianna,  Wonderbly, Secret Cinema, Roald Dahl Estate, Time Out, DeepMind, Diesel, Sega and many more. 

Alexandra has produced a variety of high-profile events across the globe. From managing a music festival in Ghana, sourcing a speedboat in 2 hours along the Bosphorus, to building a life-size human claw machine in the heart of London, Alexandra brings infectious energy to every event. Deeply invested in bringing clients’ visions to life, she ensures every detail is thoughtfully executed and the experience leaves a long-lasting impression. Outside of event production, Alexandra is always up for new adventures—like skydiving over the Florida Keys!

With over 15 years of experience in the dynamic world of events and live entertainment , Lucy is a seasoned expert in curating unforgettable experiences. As Senior Project Manager at AVR, she oversees client liaison and  the planning and execution of complex events, ensuring every detail aligns with clients' visions and exceeds expectations. 

Lucy’s career began in London's prestigious acoustic venues, where she booked renowned acts such as Ed Sheeran, Paolo Nutini and Michael Kiwanuka. Over the years, she has contributed to over one thousand events, specialising in project management, immersive entertainment and live music consultancy.

A passionate and high-energy operator, Lee is an experienced growth and relationship specialist, founder, and strategic connector. With a proven track record of founding and scaling businesses, Lee has played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and guiding multiple startups toward successful exits.

Beyond business growth, Lee thrives in open, collaborative workspaces and encourages all questions and ideas—no matter how audacious or unconventional.  Lee believes in trust, creativity, momentum and challenging the norm to drive meaningful impact.
